CNC punching and shearing lines for the processing of angles
The “A” series in the Ficep range have been created for small and medium steel construction companies. These machines
provide flexibility and simple use so they can be utilized by customers who do not have specialized staff and where
production lots are short and diverse.
The range is complete and can be configured according to customer requirements.
These lines are characterized by material infeed by means of an innovative roller conveyor system.
The operator only has to manually feed the angle onto the conveyor rollers, then the machine automatically conveys and
positions the piece according to its size.
The roller system created by Ficep engineers allows precision
with a minimum loss of material thus reducing costs.
Technical specifications
The “A” range includes various sizes to cover all the more common sizes of angles used in steel construction, and can be configured with 1/2/3 diameters per flange, each one CNC controlled and based in a special quick-change holder.
The Ficep CNC “A” range angle lines solution gives you the opportunity to process angles for long bracings, diagonals, webs and clip angle using a traditional consolidated cutting technique of “double cut shear”.
This incredible shearing technology gives an excellent quality cut by reducing the force needed during such operation and consequently making the initial investment more affordable.
