Plate Processing

The Ficep Rapid HP35T CNC is a high-performance CNC angle processing machine designed for drilling, marking and sawing structural angle profiles. As the predecessor of the well-known Ficep RAPID series, the HP35T remains a powerful and reliable solution for steel fabricators, lattice tower manufacturers and structural steel contractors.

This CNC-controlled angle line processes angle steel automatically through integrated drilling units, marking equipment and a precision circular saw. Profiles are loaded onto the infeed conveyor system, after which a driven measuring carriage grips and positions the material accurately through each processing station according to the programmed CNC data. Once completed, finished components are transferred to the outfeed conveyor and deposit system.

The RAPID HP35T is particularly suitable for high-volume angle steel production where precision, automation and productivity are essential.

Automated Transport System

The machine is equipped with a reinforced roller conveyor system for profiles up to 12 metres in length.
A driven measuring carriage transports the angle profiles at speeds of up to 45 m/min, ensuring accurate positioning throughout the process.
The infeed area includes a rotating support system with transverse transfer racks for efficient loading of stored profiles. In the outfeed section, a powered roller conveyor and transverse unloading system with five supports ensure smooth handling of finished parts.

Dual high-power drilling units

The RAPID HP35T features two powerful drilling units (one per flange), enabling simultaneous processing of both legs of the angle profile.

MKT38N Marking Unit

The integrated MKT38N hydraulic marking unit with 38 marking tools allows one flange of the angle profile to be marked.
Characters (16 × 8 mm) are hydraulically pressed into the material, ensuring durable and legible identification marks — particularly useful after galvanising.

Precision Circular Saw

The 90° precision circular saw is equipped with:

A vertical clamping system securely holds the material during cutting, ensuring accurate and clean sawing results across the full processing range.
